Eating a varied diet full of nutritious fruits, vegetables and pulses, exercise & taking time to relax are essential when it comes to balancing your body.
Diet.
If you feel like meal planning and preparation is hindered by work, appointments, family and other priorities, it can be difficult to remember to eat well (or at all!). If convenience food features highly on your menu, it’s worth considering introducing core supplements into your diet so that your body doesn’t miss out on the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to maintain health and wellness.

A new study published in the Journal of Neurophysiology found that dancing actually changed how the nervous system coordinated muscles for walking and balancing motions. Balance and coordination can be learned through weekly dance classes, so it's never too late to take up dance!

Relax.
Indian Head Massage 
is very beneficial in bringing the energy of the body back into balance. The aim of Indian head massage is to release tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. This massage can also help with relieving fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and sinusitis. 

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)
KCR is a very simple yet extremely effective system of mobilizations and gentle stretches that can, in most cases, correct a leg length difference which help restore balance.
