I offer a range of down-to-earth, soul-soothing services, all with one intention:
To help you reconnect with your natural self.
What I Offer:
- Indian Head Massage - A deeply relaxing way to ease stress, release tension and calm the nervous system. It's a gentle reset for the mind and body, helping you feel grounded and at ease.
- Seasonal Farm Walks - Join me on gentle walks through Radford Mill Farm. These are moments to pause, breathe in the countryside air, and remember your place in nature’s bigger picture.
- Forever Aloe Products - I also offer a carefully selected range of Forever Living Aloe Vera products. Aloe supports the body inside and out, nourishing digestion, soothing skin, boosting vitality, and supporting natural balance. I use them myself and truly believe in their power to help rebalance the body, mind, heart, and soul.
Whether you're in need of rest, reconnection, nourishment or simply a little boost, I’d love to welcome you.
