Trained in 2010 by Hugh Gilbert PT. Founder & Developer of this re-balancing protocol and on on 25th January 2015 became the 1st KCR Accredited Practitioner in England.
Qualified Indian Head Massage Therapist - Trained in 2014 by Reiki Master Jeanne Long in Downend Bristol
Trained Actress Completed 3 years drama training in Clifton Bristol in 2001 by coach Barry Baker (former RSC) Became an Equity member in 2003 appearing in Doctor Who, Doctors, was a regular background Doctor on BBC1’s Casualty for 3 years, played the role of Mary Queen of Scots in David Starkey’s Monarchy, to name a few.

Salsa Instructor Trained and worked with Cressida Childs UKA Salsa in Bristol & completed a training course with Kerry Ribchester at The Place Theatre in London. Taught Salsa in many different Bristol bars, dance clubs & sports clubs from 1997 - 2017.
Salsa Competitions In 1997, was as placed 1st in a local Salsa competition in Bristol & 2nd in a National Salsa Competition at Pontins in Brean Sands, Burnham on Sea, Somerset. At the Pontin's competition and alongside 8 other salsa dancers, Katy took part in a 2 part episode of the BBC2 TV programme 'Food & Drink' with British Chef, James Martin.

I was a singer in a band called the 5 Year Plan. We released a 23 track CD on Feb 14th 2014.
1988 - 2009 Horse Riding - I rode & owned my own horses.
1984 - 1989 Singer in a band. We played many gigs, had three airplays on Radio 1’s The John Peel Show and produced one 7 inch single, one 12 inch EP and had one track as part of a compilation record made up of singles produced by other Bristol bands.
